個人簡介
張弛，工學博士，教授，博士生導師，偉德國際1946bv官網管理科學與物流系，2019海外高層次人才引進計劃青年項目入選者，兼任偉德國際1946bv官網國際組織創(chuàng)新學院院長助理；兼任SCI一區(qū)期刊Applied Energy（IF11.2）副主編、柳葉刀倒計時亞洲中心副主任、Environmental Research Letters編委（IF6.7）。聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署（UNDP）可持續(xù)發(fā)展青年項目合同聘用專家顧問、聯(lián)合國兒童基金會（UNICEF）氣候環(huán)境數據委員會委員。
主要研究方向為氣候變化與健康經濟、能源環(huán)境經濟與管理、可持續(xù)發(fā)展與全球治理、數字經濟。相關成果以第一作者及通訊作者發(fā)表在包括Lancet Public Health, Applied Energy, Energy Conversion and Management等國際知名期刊上，相關論文入選ESI高被引文章；研究論文成果被WHO引用并寫入《COP29氣候與健康問題特別報告》。主持并參與多個國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目、863計劃、國際科學研究基金；撰寫多份政策報告，相關建議被吸收采納入健康中國行動2022年工作要點。作為第一作者與牽頭人，起草撰寫發(fā)布中國首部針對高溫天氣下公眾安全戶外活動的國家團體標準《高溫天氣下戶外極限運動及探險活動指南》已在國內外期刊發(fā)表學術論文40余篇，累積IF400+。擔任Applied Energy, Energy Conversion and Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Ecological Economics等國際知名學術期刊評審人，國家留學基金委評審專家，中國博士后科學基金評審專家。2024年獲iCANX全球青年科學家獎。
